Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior IT Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in IT hardware, software, and hybrid infrastructure solutions & services. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of industry experience, a strong network of enterprise clients, and a proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets. Qualifications
- IT Sales Management skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Information Technology
- Proven track record in Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications in Sales or IT Management are a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in IT hardware and software solutions.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners to offer comprehensive IT solutions.
- Lead and manage the sales to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions in areas such as networking, storage, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
- Keep track of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement through excellent service.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in IT sales with a focus on hardware (servers, storage, networking) and software solutions (Hybrid cloud, security, enterprise applications).
- Strong relationships with key enterprise clients and channel partners.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling large deals, RFPs, and enterprise account management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling IT solutions in BFSI, Media, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail.
- Understanding of Hybrid cloud computing, AI-driven solutions, and managed services.
- Ability to leverage CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
